SOCCER ACADEMY @ Cranbrook

Dates: June 16-20, 9-11:00am, 2008            Ages: 5-11

  • A week of fun soccer for players of all levels, from beinnger, intermediate, to advanced.  Players are divided into small groups according to age and skill level.

  • We emphasize personal, in depth coaching in all tactical and techinical aspects of the game, while providing a ratio of 8 players: 1 coach.

Dates: June 16-19, 4:00-5:30pm, 2008       Ages: 13-19

  • This program is specific training to help soccer players develop and enhance their conditioning, speed, agility, flexibility, core strength, and confidence.  As the more serious and elite players develop, they must put in a concentrated effort on conditioning and speed training.  Sessions will focus on plyometrics, speed and conditioning, warm ups, stretching and recovery, while providing a ratio of 12 players: to 1 coach.  Although the drills are soccer specific, they are transferable to all sports.
